Here's a big clue to the answer: notice he is wearing very dignified spectacles. Also, he is not a horse.

I thought Smart Ass but Wise Ass is probably a better way to go. I like this feature but I almost think these are too easy. They need to be a little bit harder to figure out. Maybe draw a Smart Car with a giant badonkadonk and an arrow pointing to the rear. Something like that.
